Summary0000117: "Queue members Summery" - agent call history error

when opening the call history for one of my agent the "date & time" show same minute to all calls, also duration time is not correct.
i tried to reboot the server, also i create another installation on VM to check and same problem.
also tried to upgrade to the last version, nothing change.
