Summary0000140: Bulk modify of Emergency Number issue
DescriptionWhen I tried to change the emergency CID number of several users using the bulk modification module, the number does not actually change. It does change on the GUI but when looking at the CDR reports is shows that the number has not changed and the 911 service is reporting the old number as well.

I attached a picture of the CDR report the 911 calls are what is in question. I bulk edited multiple extensions on 9-17 to use the emergency number 2707462290 but on 9/18 when 911 was called the first time you can see that the wrong caller id was sent 2707462270. The GUI was showing the correct caller id. To test I typed the correct caller id in the GUI and tried 911 again to which it was the correct caller id. To sum this up the caller id appears to update correctly when bulk editing but it in fact does not update on the back end of the PBX.

Please advise.
